Nancy Linnerooth

Nancy Linnerooth has been a career and entrepreneur coach in Seattle, Washington helping executives, professionals, and business owners get past their blocks to professional success since 2000. She works with people whose careers or businesses are stuck because they never get around to finishing what they know they need to do or they find ways to sabotage their work or professional relationships. Nancy uses a combination of traditional coaching strategies and cutting edge techniques to undo the old internal programming that is holding them back.

Nancy received her masters degree in marriage and family therapy from PLU in Tacoma, Washington. This program provided a strong grounding in systemic therapy, a problem-solving approach that focuses on identifying how members of a group work together and helping them improve their interactions. Nancy also has a degree in law from Harvard Law School which, together with nine years experience counseling businesses as an attorney, helped her develop skills in negotiating, information gathering, and persuasion. Bruce Wilson
Bruce Wilson, Coach for business professionals, executives and entrepreneurs, businessLISTENING.com Editor

Bruce Wilson's business experience spans nearly two decades and includes executive management, operations, business development, customer relations, product development, market research, public relations, software development, human resources, contract negotiations and enforcement, alternative dispute resolution, and government regulatory matters. He has worked with businesses both large and small ranging from software developers and construction contractors to major law firms, as well as with entities and individuals from the not-for-profit and government sectors.

Bruce has a degree in Psychology from Harvard College, where he focused on organizational psychology, dispute resolution, group behavior (including over 100 SYMLOG lab hours with Robert Freed Bales), counseling, and statistical methods for assessing individuals and groups. He has a degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania where he focused on contracts, conflict resolution, and human resources matters.

Heidi and Dan Chay, Mediator-Facilitators

Heidi and Dan Chay are trained mediator/facilitators with a combined twenty two years of education and experience in the fields of group process, conflict resolution, and creative consensus-building. As a husband-and-wife team, they bring a unique energy to the projects they undertake, as well as two sets of eyes, ears, and hands. They have worked with school, government, industry, and non-profit groups to facilitate a wide variety of planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consensus-building processes. They are facilitators, particularly within Alaska, of Open Space Technology forums. They are also founding board members of the non-profit Center for Mediation and Community Dialogue.

Heidi Chay earned her M.A. in Sociology from the University of Hawaii in 1995 having done her thesis on the mediation of public policy disputes. She also holds a B.A. in East Asian Area Studies from Brown University. Her prior professional experience includes work as a foreign correspondent (China, 1988-90) and public radio reporter.

Dan Chay earned his B.A. in History from Brown University in 1992. He is the webmaster of the Alaska Dispute Settlement Association, a non-profit organization whose board also includes members in Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau. Dan also has a professional background as a bush pilot and commercial fisherman.

Donna Karlin
Donna Karlin, Executive and Observational Coach

Donna Karlin is an Executive Coach/Trainer for clients in the business sector, the medical community and government agencies. Tanja Parsley
Tanja Parsley, Performance Consultant and Coach

Tanja Parsley is a performance consultant and leadership coach with over 20 years senior corporate and consulting experience. She specializes in leadership, team and organization alignment and effectiveness. She works with senior executives in companies who want to create sales and customer focused cultures and breakthrough results.

Tanja has an honours degree in Physical & Health Education and a minor in Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is certified as a Strategic Change Specialist with the Joseph L. Paul Glen
Paul Glen, Author and Technology Organizations Consultant

Paul Glen is a consultant, speaker, and author. He is the author of "Leading Geeks: How to Lead and Manage People Who Deliver Technology" (Jossey-Bass Pfeiffer, 2002, Warren Bennis Signature Series) and "Healing Client Relationships: A Professional's Guide to Managing Client Conflict" (Professional Service Publishing, 2001). He is also a monthly management columnist for the on-line edition of Computerworld. Mr. Glen has more than a dozen years experience delivering and managing IT related products and services. In 1999, he founded C2 Consulting to help advance the management and leadership of information technology (IT) organizations and projects.

Mr. Glen received his MBA from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in marketing, organizational behavior, and strategy. He received a BA from Cornell University with majors in computer science and mathematics. Mr. Glen has taught as a part-time faculty member in the MBA programs at the University of Southern California and Loyola Marymount University. AT USC he developed and taught an e-Business Strategy course. At Loyola he taught a second year MBA course that he authored entitled "Marketing of High Technology Products and Services."
