My goal as editor has been to boil down and organize a wide range of information about listening in business in a way that quickly points you towards more choices and more leverage as a leader, as a product or service provider, and as a negotiator. "It's a quick read" and "it made me think about what I'm doing" are the two compliments I'm happiest to hear.

I'm greatly indebted to a talented and supportive group of contributors who, as I am, are forever learning even as we offer what we know to others. Each of us has chosen this line of work because we believe in the value it brings to everyone, including ourselves in our own roles as leaders, providers, and negotiators.

What this site is not about: By displaying advertisements we generate some affiliate revenue that goes towards covering our overhead. But we're not about selling books or anything else, and although our articles do make reference to services and products provided by a number of different sources, they don't pay us to mention them here.
